Come sharpen your knives at my first-ever knife sharpening pop-up! I worked at Northside Cutlery for almost two years as a Japanese knife sharpener and retail expert, and fell in love with sharpening as a way to get connected to cooking and the service industry.
You don’t need to own fancy knives to benefit from sharpening. I’ll use a whetstone to meticulously sharpen anything from Target to Wusthof and help turn cooking into a joyful and safe activity. $15/knife for the general public, and $12/knife for folks in both the wine and service industries.
