The Cottage
Come for the stellar food and drink, stay for me? (Don’t forget to reserve a table if you can, and the patio is nice this time of year!) I will likely be performing inside, but they’ve got them bistro lights all cozy out there.
Willows Lodge Fireside Lounge NEW YEAR’S PARTY
FOUR HOURS with me to ring in the new year. Let’s get it!
Cafe Calaveras
Been looking for a new favorite cafe? Clarissa Griego has opened up the most cheerful Latina-themed cafe on Yesler Terrace (close to Capitol Hill), so come cozy up at Cafe Calaveras for some chill coffee shop vibes.

Marketplace + By The Glass (BAINBRIDGE)
I’ve been playing at Marketplace for years, but I’m so excited to see what new owners Alexis and Nikos have done to bring their Greek heritage to this community staple. Everything from their menu to their wine is curated to be a celebrate of Greek culture, with the same cozy atmosphere Bainbridge Islanders have enjoyed for ages. See you there!
Hidden Hall Presents: Arthur James with Halley Greg, Jeannie Rak, and Shelby Natasha
Most of the time, gigging means that I’m making music in a vacuum. But when I get to share a night with other incredible Seattle musicians, I find myself uplifted, inspired, and humbled by the talent and stories around me. You already know Halley Greg, who collaborated with me on Keep Away, which we released earlier this year. But you should also know Art and Shelby, who are both incredible AAPI musicians. The four of us are going to treat you to a hell of a night.
STG Presents: The Last Waltz Tribute
The Band supergroup performed a farewell concert on November 25, 1976 in a film captured by Martin Scorsese. It was titled The Last Waltz, and musicians all over the country pay tribute to this incredibly influential documentary. Featured guests that night included Joni Mitchell, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Van Morrison, Eric Clapton, and more.
This year, on November 29, 2025, I will be a featured guest at The Neptune Theater amidst other Seattle music greats like Robbie Christmas, Shaina Shepherd, Lady A, Annie Jantzer, Halley Greg, and more. All proceeds benefit Northwest Harvest, a King5 food justice organization. We need their work more than ever!
Fair Isle Brewing
BALLARD, I’m back! Fair Isle is one of the most exciting businesses doing live music, as they’re also partnering with seriously cool food and events vendors. La Marea Marisqueria slings Mexican seafood at Fair Isle, and they were recently named best Mexican restaurant in Seattle by the Seattle Times. Come check out this vibrant neighborhood spot!

Mia Cafe and Wine Bar
Here’s one for you folks down in Kirkland: Mia Cafe and Wine Bar flips from a morning cafe to a nighttime local wine bar complete with a full menu, which is a refreshing change of pace from the tasting room-only vibe that Woodinville excels at. This will be my first time in this space, so come on down and check it out with me!
Lucy's Bottle Shop
Okay, y’all, my mission this year is to drag you out of Woodinville if you’re a wine lover. I was beyond excited to discover Lucy’s Bottle Shop over in Interbay/Fishermen’s Terminal. This place is lesbian-owned by a badass former chef from Chicago. Alyssa curates wines from all over the world, and highlights queer, woman, and BIPOC-owned wineries.
When I walked in to meet her for the first time, I was blown away by how bright and cozy the space is, and by how seriously she takes the ethos of the shop. I didn’t just get to meet her: during my one-hour stay, I met four vendors, including a South Asian winemaker (Saanj Winery, opening a tasting room DT Seattle next year), and a Latinx wine rep who shared his champagne and wine with me as he was pouring samples for Alyssa to select.
Friday, November 14 will be a special ticketed event that includes a food pop-up by Liiv For Flavor. Chef Liiv is an Afro-Indigenous caterer and private chef, and will be slinging incredible, seasonal fare.
ALSO. For as long as ICE is on Chicago’s streets, every purchase at Lucy’s provides a $1 donation to a community fund in the Albany Park neighborhood of Chicago (where Caleah and I lived for two years!). Come through, come do good with us.
Wit Cellars
Here’s another new one! I was performing across the street at Category 5 Cellars in Woodinville’s Warehouse District when Sue approached me. Guys, it sounds like they really love live music over there at Wit. Come join us!

Cafe Calaveras
During our time away from Seattle, there have been few openings as exciting as Cafe Calaveras. This queer, woman, and Latinx-owned cafe is a serious espresso joint dedicated to uplifting all communities. Their symbol, the sugar skull, is especially emblematic during Día de Muertos, and I can’t wait to help them celebrate their Fiesta Con Amor this November 1 as a guest performer. Come, come!
Expect ofrendas, music, dancing, bouquets, food, and more!

La Marea Marisqueria slings Mexican seafood at Fair Isle, and they were recently named best Mexican restaurant in Seattle by the Seattle Times. Come check out this vibrant neighborhood spot!
425 Cellars Winery
Alright, alright: I’ve been hearing about 425 Cellars as a hub for wine and music while I’ve been away. Time to see what that’s all about — folks will remember Apple Village from my time at Lauren Ashton cellars. 425 Cellars is just around the corner!
Willows Lodge Fireside Lounge
Back at The Fireside Lounge. Patio season is still open, so come enjoy the two fires we’ll have going for you!

The Cottage
First time back at The Cottage since my return to Seattle! Don’t forget to book a reservation; I’m expecting a full house!

Willows Lodge Fireside Lounge
JEANNIE’S BACK, BABY. Help me kick off my first free, public event now that I’ll have moved back from Chicago!
**Note: I’ll be at the Willows’ Silver Anniversary the week prior, but that is a ticketed event.**
Willows 25th: A Silver Story -- The Silver Soirée
The Willows Lodge is turning 25! Come celebrate at this ticketed event and enjoy a special evening for the entire campus. The service staff were the ones to nominate me as the entertainment for the evening, and that just feels so, so good. Note: I’ll also be at the Fireside Lounge the following week for my first regular performance back in Washington!
From their website:
“The community is invited to the party of the season and ultimate anniversary celebration on the grounds of Willows Lodge on Sunday, September 21 from 4:30–7:30 p.m. The event will feature:
• Interactive chef stations from our award-winning culinary team
• Local wine, beer, and spirit tastings
• Live entertainment featuring Jeannie Rak
• Special anniversary surprises”
Category 5 Cellars
I’m back for another show at Woodinville’s famous Warehouse District. Category 5 Cellars does an awesome job of curating music that prioritizes both musician’s original songs and covers.
My first one-hour set is entirely comprised of originals. Owner Jason Smith’s idea was to allow musicians to showcase their own stories and material — no one else in Woodinville is using this format. The last two sets end up being a fun mix of covers and original content. Come check it out! Call ahead for reservations.
Willows Lodge Fireside Lounge
The team at The Willows Lodge are having me back for 2025! Can’t wait to see you all at my all-time favorite gigging spot in Woodinville.
High Dive: Left on Tenth w/ Halley Greg, Sweet 'n' Juicy
I’m playing Keep Away with Halley Greg’s band. Come for us, stay for the two other super talented pop/funk bands. Tickets here!
Reclaimed Bar & Restaurant
CHICAGO! I’m back for the third time at Reclaimed (which has the best damned southern bbq style food AND a record collection to be jealous of), but this time for a $5 ticketed event on their outdoor patio. Fall is here, and I get a portion of ticket sales, so come hang out for a proper concert with me!
The Cottage
Back again at The Cottage! Make your reservations when they release them, and please note that your table may be needed after an hour and a half. After that, feel free to grab a seat at the bar (which is first come, first served) and stay all night!
Willows Lodge Fireside Lounge
The team at The Willows Lodge are having me back for a September show in Seattle! Can’t wait to see you all at my all-time favorite gigging spot in Woodinville.
